The first lesson is ALWAYS free. This is a free 30 min taster session and available to all. Lessons are predominantly held in my home in Arniston Vale, Gorebridge, although I am of course more than happy to come to you should you require this. There is however a surcharge for my time and travel which can be negotiated between us depending on where you live. If you would be interested in booking please get in touch and let me know your availability.

Lessons for children are based on their age and ability and involve a lot of visual aids, flash cards, songs and videos. Lessons for high school pupils are revolved around their class studies with the main focus being exam preparation. Adult lessons are more conversational and tend to be based around phrases and vocabulary for holidays eg directions, food and drink and greetings.

Nurseries:

I visit nurseries and do 30 minute lessons with the pre-school children. The cost of this is £3 per lesson and they are usually booked in 4 week slots although this is not set. If you are a nursery and would be interested in offering this to parents then get in touch. Please note that these are group lessons of around 8 children at a time. 

Children aged 3-12:

• One to one - £10
• Two or three - £7.50 each  

Children aged 13-17: 

• One to one - £15
• Two or three - £10 each 

Adults: 

• One to one - £15 each 
• Two - £25
• Three - £30
• Four or more - £7.50 each

I am now providing a new form of tutoring for people who don't have time to set aside a weekly hourly slot with me. A set of worksheets can be emailed along with reading/writing/listening exercises. They can then be scanned and emailed back to me for marking (should you wish, but is recommended). The first self study pack is 'greetings' and includes:

- A simple work sheet matching up Spanish and English greetings
- A similar but more difficult one with a little grammar
- A vocab list with lots of conversational phrases and colloquial words that will really impress Spaniards!
- An exercise on writing two conversations between two people; one formal and one informal

Each pack is tailored to what you would like to learn and can be also be given in hard copies if you'd prefer to collect them (or they can be delivered for a £2.50 surcharge). Adult lessons are normally £15 each so I provide this non-interactive service for £7.50 with the option of having an interactive lesson to help with pronunciation as often as you like. Payments can be made by Paypal or in person and a 10% discount applies to those who pay monthly.
